Where we ship

ClearlyCanadian.com currently ships to addresses in the United States. Shipping to Canada through this store is coming soon. If you are in Canada, use our store finder to buy locally in the meantime.

Rates

• Lower 48 states and Washington, DC. Free on every order.
• Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. $43.12 flat rate per order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking number. Transit within the lower 48 is typically 3 to 7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and the territories take longer. We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.

Glass

Our bottles are glass and we pack them to travel. If anything arrives broken, we make it right. See our Refund Policy for how.

Address changes and cancellations

Email us at support@clearlycanadian.com as soon as possible. We can change an address or cancel an order until it has been handed to the carrier. After that, the order is on its way and we cannot redirect it.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or your order is marked delivered and you do not have it, email us with your order number. We will trace it with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund.
