This website is operated by CC US Intermediate Holdings LLC ("Clearly Canadian", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy linked in our footer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can order

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence to buy from this site, and you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and current.

Products, pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars unless shown otherwise and may change without notice. We try to display our products accurately, but colors and packaging may vary from what you see on your screen. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is mispriced or unavailable. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Orders and payment

By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes. We may request additional information to verify an order before we ship it.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Because our products are beverages, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are linked in the footer of every page.

Subscriptions

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency you select until you cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel from your account at any time before the next charge date. Prices and discounts for subscription orders may change with notice to you before your next charge.

Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are for personal use, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. We may end a promotion at any time.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised.

Intellectual property

Everything on this site, including the Clearly Canadian name, logo, bottle design, photography and copy, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it without our written permission.

Reviews and user content

If you post a review, photo or comment, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it in any medium. You confirm that you own it, that it is accurate, and that it does not violate anyone else's rights or any law. We may remove content at our discretion.

You may not use the site for anything unlawful, to infringe anyone's rights, to transmit malware, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with the site's security, or to resell our products without authorization.
